摘要
采用电热法定向渗积(ECVI)以针刺毡为预制体制备炭/炭(C/C)复合材料,讨论了材料的导热机理,以及沉积工艺对C/C复合材料热导率的影响。研究表明:ECVI工艺样品的比热容比等温CVI工艺的稍大,ECVI工艺制备样品的热导率无论在纤维铺层方向还是在垂直方向上,都高于等温CVI工艺的。
Carbon/carbon composites are manufactured with needle- punched felt as performs using the ECVI method. On the base of the experimental investigation and theoretical analyses, thermal mechanism and the effect of infiltration method on thermal conductivity of C/C composite are studied. The results show that the specific heat of the C/C composite densified using ECVI method is slightly higher than that of the composite using ICVI method, and the thermal conductivities of the composite using ECVi method are higher than those of the composite manufactured using the ICVI method in x- y and z directions.
