电子镇流器用 PTC 热敏电阻延时元件的研制

摘要 从电子镇流器延时电路的工作原理出发,分析了PTC热敏电阻延时元件的作用、工作条件及必须具备的技术指标.指出了高电压、高频率对PTC特性的影响.提出了制备优质PTC热敏电阻延时元件的工艺措施. Based on the working principle of time delay circuit of the electronic ballast, some design ideas and the necessary technical targets of the PTC thermistor to be used as time delay component are put forward. The intrinsic voltage effect and frequency effect on the performance of PTC thermistor are discussed, and the technological measures to reduce such effects and to improve the performance of the component are proposed. PTC thermistors with logarithmic resistance increasing rate>6.5, the highest resistance≈10 9 Ω, the resistance temperature coefficient of 23 %/℃, and breakdown voltage of 1 000 V have been prepared.
