胸骨骨髓细胞核DNA含量与死亡时间关系的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨人胸骨骨髓DNA含量随死亡时间延长变化的规律。方法离体人胸骨置于特定条件下,随时间延长分别取出制成病理切片,Feulgen染色后,采用计算机图像分析技术观察DNA与死亡时间的关系。结果死后1~9d,Feulgen染色阳性产物随死亡时间的延长而逐渐减少,DNA含量随死亡时间延长而下降,染色逐渐变浅淡,至10d后已观察不到。且二者之间存在线形关系。结论人死后1~9d,胸骨髓细胞核DNA含量随死亡时间延长呈下降趋势。 Objective To investigate the relationship between degradation of DNA in bone marrow of sternum and postmortem interval. Methods The amount of nuclear DNA in the marrow of sternum was determined from 1 to 9 days after death stained by improved Sudan Ⅲ histochemieal method with image analysis. Results The content of DNA decreased gradually with the prolongation of postmortem interval. It gradated to its minimum at 10 days in this group after death. There was a linear relationship between the degradation rate of the DNA and postmortem interval. Conclusion The content of DNA reduced with extending time.
