摘要 运用主成分分析方法分析了不同水平Ca2+处理中与水稻幼苗抗寒性有关的生理指标,评价了各指标之间的关系.将这些指标进行筛选,并概括为3个主要因子:即维持细胞膜结构功能的稳定性和物质生产能力因子、渗透调节因子和抗脱水能力因子.这3种主要因子的累积贡献率已达831%,能基本反映Ca2+对水稻幼苗抗寒性影响的主要信息. The method of the principal component analysis was adapted to analyzing a series physilogial index of relation to chilling resistance of rice seedling under Ca 2+ treatment with various levels.The relations among these index were also evalvated.These index were sifted and summarized to three main factors which were ① maintain the stability of the membrane structure function and the ability of manufactureing substance,② permeability adjustment factor,③ resistanting dehydratefactor.The accumulative contribution of three major factors was 83 1%.They could reflact the important information of effect of Ca 2+ on Chilling Resistance of Rice Seedling.
