摘要
目的:研制一种能够适应大规模血液及制品储运,平战结合的保障装备。方法:在冷藏库集装箱卫勤定位的基础上,通过对其主温区保温结构设计与传热系数计算,确保其制冷效率及恒温控制能力。结果:试验结果表明,保温设计符合性能指标要求。结论:蒸发舱表面散热与舱体布线孔明显影响主温区库体的传热系数实测值。
Objective To develop a set of equipment to store and transport a great deal of blood at peace time and wartime. Methods By designing the heat preservation performance and calculating the HTC of the main thermostatic region, the refrigeration efficiency and thermostatic controllability of the refrigerated container were ensured. Results It was indicated by the results of experiments that the design and the calculation matched the requests of the practical performance. Conclusion The real HTC of the main thermostatic region is affected by surface heat dispersion and wiring holes of transpiration container. [Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2008,29(6) :19-21]
