城镇标准地块定量配置方法探讨

根据重庆市标定地价空间组织研究实践，提出城镇标准地块定量配置的技术路线为：以城镇土地定级成果为基础，以标准地块功能特征为依据，揭示城市中心结点土地级差空间组织规律，建立标准地块定量配置数学模型．运用该模型编制的重庆市九龙坡区标准地块定量配置方案能很好地起到地价控制点的作用．

According to the studying practice of the space structure of the public landprice in Chongqing city,a technical path of disposing the standard plot quantitatively is raised that founded on the achievement of citys land grading,based upon function features of the standard plot,reveals the laws of the graded space structure of central node in city and sets up the quantitative model of disposing the standard plot.A quantitative scheme drawn up by the model is suitable for Jiulongpo district,Chongqing city.
