摘要
目的:探讨肛肠腔内导入复合能治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的优化方案和理论机制。方法:选取76例中轻度UC患者,随机分为2组,均停服药物,使用肛肠腔内导入复合能治疗仪治疗,选择不同的物理能量组合。治疗组41例,采用腔内电极同步实施电疗、热疗、磁疗和按摩进行治疗;对照组35例,腔内电极同步实施热疗和磁疗。12个月后比较。结果:治疗组比对照组疗效好,总有效率和治愈率比较均有非常显著性差(P<0.01)。结论:优化方案为腔内电极选择电、热、磁和按摩同步治疗疗效较佳,腔内电极的治疗部位应在齿状线以上,控制好剂量和疗程,并重视人文关怀。理论机制为:选择复合能量同步治疗符合综合理疗理论,治疗部位符合中医理论和全息胚理论、直肠物理疗法与生命能量理论的关系。
Objective To explore optimal proposal and theorical mechanism for treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis(UC) with the therapeutic instrument inducting combined energies into anus. Methods 76 patients with mid-range chronic UC were sampled and divided into two groups randomly. Patients in both groups were all withdrawn from drugs and treated with the therapeutic instrument inducting the combined energies into the anus by choosing different combined energies. There were 41cases in the treated group and they were treated with intracavity electrod synchronizing with electrotherapy, heat therapy, magnetic therapy and massor. 35 cases in the control group were treated with intracavity electrod synchronizing with heat therapy and magnet therapy. The two groups were compared after twelve months. Results The general improvement rate and cure rate of the two groups showed great significant difference (P〈0.01). Conclusion The optimal scheme is the intracavity electrodd synchronizing with electrotherapy, heat therapy, magnetic therapy and massor . The treated part of intracavity electrod should be above the tooth line. The dosage and course should be well controlled with much attention on humane care. Theoretic mechanism is that combined energies are in accordance with comprehensive physical therapy theory; the treated part is in accordance with Chinese traditional medical theory, holography embryo theory, physical treatment and life energy theory.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2000,29(6):79-81]
