摘要
目的探讨周期素D1(CyclinD1)与周期素依赖性激酶4(CDK4)在糖尿病肾病发生、进展中的作用。方法通过注射链尿佐菌素建立糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,采用免疫组织化学法检测CyclinD1、CDK4的表达。结果糖尿病肾病大鼠肾组织表现为系膜细胞等中、重度增生,CyclinD1、CDK4表达水平明显上调,二者呈正相关。结论CyclinD1、CDK4参与了糖尿病肾病中肾固有细胞的增殖,是糖尿病肾病发生和进展的关键机制。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CyclinD1 ,CDK4 in the occurrence, development of diabetic nephropathy. Methods The rats model of diabetic nephropathy were established by injected STZ. The expression of CyclinD1 ,CDK4 were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The nephridial tissue of rats diabetic nephropathy present mesangial cells was found moderate to severe hyperplasy. The express level of CyclinD1 ,and CDK4 up-regulated obviously, there was significant positive correlation in both（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion CyclinD1 and CDK4 participate proliferation of kidney eigen cells in diabetic nephropathy, they are the key mechanism in the occurrence, development of diabetic nephropathy.
