摘要
将炭黑与丁腈橡胶混合制备导电复合材料,其中炭黑(N550)/丁腈橡胶电阻率随温度的变化呈一定强度的正温度系数(PTC)效应.讨论了不同炭黑填充率、硫化体系、配合剂等对复合材料室温电阻率、PTC效应和力学性能的影响.
Conductive polymeric composites have been prepared from carbon black filled Nitrile Butadiene Rubber(NBR). The relationship between the resistivity of CB(N550)/NBR composite and temperature exhibits PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) phenomenon to some extent. Some factors influencing on the conductive and mechanical properties of composites, such as loading of fillers, structure and surface characters of carbon black, different vulcanizing system, vulcanizing time and temperature for the N550/NBR composites vulcanized by the sulfur, ingredients etc. are investigated in detail.
