α-氯乙酰脲类嘧啶衍生物的合成及其生物活性测定

SYNTHESIS AND BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY OF N (4,6 DISUBSTITUTED PYRIMIDIN 2 YL) α CHLOROACETYLUREAS

合成了７种含不同取代嘧啶环的α－氯乙酰脲类化合物，其中６种为未见文献报道的新化合物．用ＩＲ，１ＨＮＭＲ和元素分析等对目标化合物进行了表征．其生物活性测试表明，目标化合物具有明显的植物生长调节活性．

Seven α chloroacetylureas containing substituted pyrimidine ring were synthesized,among them six are new compounds. The structure of target molecules have been confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and elementary analysis.Their biological activities have been determined and it is found that some of them are good plant growth regulators.
