摘要
对大叶马蹄香（ＡｓａｒｕｍｍａｘｉｍｕｍＨｅｍｓｌ．）染色体数目及核型研究结果表明，染色体数目２ｎ＝２４，核型公式为２ｎ＝２ｘ＝２４＝１８ｍ＋６ｓｍ．没有观察到带随体的染色体．
The number and karyotype of chromosomes of Asarum maximum Hemsl. were studied in this paper. The results showed that the chromosome mumber of the species is 2n=24 and its karyotype formula is 2n=2x=24=18m+6sm.No chromosome with satellite has been observed.
