摘要
为了实现以能量流为主的产品在概念设计阶段的计算机辅助设计和初步计算,研究了能量链的生成及其初步计算的实现。在TRIZ(teoriya resheniya izobreatatelskikh zadatch)理论和三流合一思想的基础上,通过效应链接设计产品方案,同时生成结构和能量链,并通过效应公式主要输出量和输入量的前后衔接支持能量链的初步计算。通过设计实例表明,该方法不仅可以实现概念设计的部分自动化和形象化的设计过程,还可以对生成的概念模型进行初步计算以获得初步数据参考,从而便于设计者操控方案和概念方案向详细设计阶段的过渡。
In order to achieve computer aided design of energy conversion product and preliminary calculation in the conceptual design phase, energy chain generation and its primary computation were studied. Based on TRIZ method and ‘three flows in one' thinking, structure and energy chain synchronization realization was achieved and energy chain computation was accomplished by applying effects to the design process through effects link and by making the main input and output of effect formulas coherent. The result from a case study shows that through this method partially conceptual design automation and design visualization can be achieved, and primary reference data can be obtained by calculating the energy transfer efficiency, which facilitates designer controlling their schemes and the scheme models transition to the detailed design phase.
