摘要
针对国产70m3聚合釜采用悬浮法生产PVC树脂的工艺特点,阐述了在生产过程中影响质量的问题。利用先进的控制理念,通过DCS系统实现了VCM合成及聚合的优化控制,使单体质量得到进一步提高,实现了聚合入料后过渡到恒温的最短时间控制,以及在恒温阶段滞后较大时采用无模型控制器进行补偿。有效地缩短了消除干扰时间,确保在反应阶段釜内温度控制精度在0.2℃以内,从而达到了提高和稳定产品质量的目的。
According to the characteristics of PVC production by 70 m^3 polymerization with suspension method, the existing problem on quality were discussed. Synthesis and polymerization of VCM were optimized with the advanced control ideas and DCS system. The quality of monomer was improved, and shortest time control on tending to constant temperature of polymerization material adding were realized. And when the lag of constant temperature stage, the compensation were realized with model free controller, and the time of removal disturbance were shorted. And the temperature accuracy of polymerizer in reaction period were controlled within ±2℃. The quality of products were improved.
