针对电石渣浆治理过程中使用板框压滤机存在的问题,实施完善措施后滤液水全部回用,滤饼作建筑材料,废水、废渣零排放,达到了节能减排目标。

According to the existing problem of plate-and-frame type filter press in the treatment process of carbide slag slurry, the innovation measures were perfected. Filter cake was taken as the building materials, waste water and slag realized zero discharge and energy efficiency and emission reduction.
