摘要
采用四种不同的抑制剂,考察了在洗油作捕收剂时抑制剂对浮选效果的影响。结果证明,用Na2SO3作抑制剂可使浮选完善指标达到最高,此时浮选完善指标为46.62%,精煤产率和灰分分别为71.54%和11.32%,与不添加抑制剂相比,浮选精煤灰分降低了1.3个百分点。
Four kinds' different depressants were used to study their effect on the flotation when wash oil used as collector.The results show that adding Na2SO3 as depressant can get the best perfect index of flotation,at this time,the perfect index of flotation is 46.62%,and the clean coal yield and its ash content is 71.54% and 11.32% respectively.The ash content of clean coal can be reduced by 1.3% compared with the result without adding depressant.
