摘要
以天冬氨酸为原料,在高温和磷酸的催化作用下,经缩聚反应合成了聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI),PSI在NaOH和HCl的作用下水解得到聚天冬氨酸(PASP)。采用红外光谱分析(IR)对PASP的结构进行了表征。将合成的PASP与炔醇BQ、表面活性剂LSN、乳化剂OS和有机溶剂EY复配,得到了一种防H2S腐蚀的PASP复配物。通过碳钢的H2S腐蚀实验,采用失重分析和扫描电镜(SEM)分析手段,评价了PASP复配物的缓蚀性能。实验表明,PASP复配物通过吸附成膜作用来阻止或减缓腐蚀反应的进行,对碳钢的H2S腐蚀表现出良好的缓蚀性能,能抗90℃高温和8.0%的NaCl盐,在高温、高压的含盐恶劣条件下可适当增加PASP复配物加量来提高其缓蚀效果。
Take the aspartic acid as raw material,in high temperature and the phosphoric acid catalytic effect,it is synthesized poly succinimide(PSI)by the condensation reaction.PASP has produced by PSI hydrolysis in the sodium hydroxide and the hydrochloric acid function,and confirm by the infrared spectrum(IR).Mix the synthesized PASP with alkynyl BQ,surface active agent LSN,emulsifier OS and organic solvent EY,obtains one inhibitor and through the carbon steel H2S corrosion experiment,used weightlessness analysis and the scanning electron microscope(SEM)analysis method,has appraised its inhibition performance.The experimental results indicated that the inhibitor could prevent or slow-down corrosion through adsorbing membrane function,and displayed the good inhibition performance to the carbon steel at 90℃ and 8.0% NaCl in H2S environment.Increasing the inhibitor suitably can enhance its inhibition effect in the high temperature,the high pressure and the salt condition.
