摘要
针对华北某油田储层特征,以该油田原油为基液,研制了一种适用于该油田连续压裂施工的原油基压裂液体系。根据相似相溶原理和油田原油的组分,探讨了油基压裂液胶凝剂二烷基磷酸酯铝的合成条件,进而对配制的压裂液流变性能、耐剪切性能、破胶性能等进行了测试和评价。实验结果表明,采用环己烷作为带水剂,二甲苯做溶剂合成的二烷基磷酸酯铝胶凝剂与原油基液配伍性能较好,与油田原油所配制的压裂液具有成胶速度快,抗温抗剪切性能好,能够实现连续施工的特点。
An oil-based fracturing fluid was synthesized.The crude oil from the oil field is used as the base fluid and the synthesis condition of gelling agent aluminum dialkyl phosphate in oil-based fracturing fluid is studied in this paper.The properties of the fracturing fluid are tested and the results show that the aluminum phosphate ester gelling agent which used cyclohexane as water carrying agent and dimethylbenzene as solvent,is cooperated well with the base fluid.The oil-based fracturing fluid has rapid cross linking and good temperature/shear resistance.
