摘要
交调失真的不对称性描述了功率放大器的记忆特性,但是与幅度相比,交调分量的相位特性很难测量。本文介绍了一种基于数字信号处理技术(DSP)的测量方法。从高位数的ADC的采样输出数据,可以估计出交调分量的幅度和相位。仿真结果表明这种方法和算法是有效的。文章进一步讨论了相位误差和ADC的位数的关系。该方法和结果将有助于功率放大器行为模型提取技术的研究。
Asymmetries of intermodulation distortions describe the memory effect of power amplifiers (PAs), but it is hard to measure asymmetries of the phase of the IM components. A measurement method based on digital signal processing (DSP) technology is presented. From the sampled data obtained by analog-to-digital conversion ( ADC), the final amplitudes and phases of the IM components can be estimated. Simulation results show that the method and algorithm are effective. Furthermore, the relation between the phase errors and the number of bits in the ADC is also discussed. And the method and result are helpful for model extraction of PAs.
