本文利用价值哲学的观念，探讨馆员群体的个体价值，以期引起图书馆界之管理决策者对馆员价值的充分重视。

This thesis probes into the individual value of librarians from the viewpoint of the philosophy of value. It means to let the managers of libraries to pay great attention to the value and to bring the initiative of librarians into full play in the information times.
