摘要
负荷预测和变电站规划是电网规划的基础。针对天津滨海新区的区位特点,对滨海新区典型中心商务区的负荷预测和变电站规划方法进行研究。研究成果对于滨海新区的电网建设,具有重要的指导意义,也可供国内其他类似地区的电网规划借鉴。
Load forecasting and substation planning are the base of power distribution network planning. In consideration of the characteristic of Tianjin Binhai New District, especially the feature of typical central bussiness district, this paper studies the methods of load forecasting and substation planning. The result in this paper has great significance for instructing the construction of Tianjin Binhai New District＇s power network and can be as a refence for the planning of other similar district＇s power network.
