摘要
企业并购中的心理契约重构是企业并购成败的关键。在对企业并购中可能导致员工心理契约违背分析的基础上,应用心理契约理论,提出了企业并购整合中员工心理契约重构模式,以激发员工的积极性和创造性,实现企业并购目标。
Reconstruction of psychological contract counts for much in enterprise merger and acquisition. Based on the analysis that enterprise merger and acquisition may result in violation of psychological contract, using psychological contract theory, the reconstruction model of psychological contract in enterprise merger and acquisition is put forward to foster employee's enthusiasm and creativity. Therefore, the goal of enterprise merger and acquisition can be achieved.
