摘要
交流变频调速在国内外得到了广泛的应用,它具有操作方便、运行稳定、节能环保等特点,是一项较为成熟的技术。在很多锅炉控制系统中,充分利用加热炉的尾气来生产蒸汽,在实现节能的同时也对系统的供水稳定性提出了挑战。如何保证在供水量和用水量波动的情况下保持水压恒定,采取变频恒压控制是现代化控制系统的主要方式。本系统用可编程序控制器(Program-able Logic Controller,缩写PLC)、传感器、变频器及水泵组成闭环控制系统,使管网压力保持恒定,代替了传统的单靠调节阀控制水量的控制方案,具有自动化程度高、高效节能的优点,在实际应用中也体现了高可控性和可靠性。
Inverter regulation has been applied widely at home and abroad, which has the features of operation convenience, steady running, saving energy and environmental protection etc. In boiler control system the outlet flue gas of heater is fully used by exhaust-hot boiler to generate steam for saving energy, however it challenges the steadiness of water supply. A feedback loop control system is then adopted to keep water pressure constant, which consists of program-able logic control, sensors, inverter and pumps, and replaces traditional valve-control scheme. This system has the advantages of high automation, efficiency and energy saving, and also shows its controllability and reliability in practice.
