摘要 提出将蜂窝梁孔洞做成角部修圆的矩形,可以避免六边形孔蜂窝梁的孔角应力集中和圆孔蜂窝梁的扩张比损失。介绍了修圆矩形孔蜂窝梁的错位成孔方法。提出了确定其抗弯刚度折减系数的数值方法和计算结果,该方法根据纯弯蜂窝梁有限元分析结果按照经典力学中挠度—刚度关系式反算其等效刚度。借鉴空腹截面刚度表达式但对其孔洞高度进行折减,给出了孔高折减系数的经验公式,用之于修圆矩形孔蜂窝梁的抗弯刚度计算,简单而又准确。 This paper puts forward that making the openings of castellated beams rounded rectangular can avoid the comer stress centralization of the hexagon castellated beam and the expansion rate loss of the round castellated beam. The dislocation hole-forming method of the rounded rectangular castellated beam is also introduced, it proposes the numerical method of determining the reduction coefficient of equivalent flexural stiffness, and the calculation results, which back calculates the equivalent stiffness of the results from pure-bending castellated beam' s finite element analysis, with the relation between deflection and stiffness in classical mechanics. Referring to stiffness expression of open sections and reducing the height of the hole, the paper gives an empirical formula for hole' s height reduction coefficient and uses it in the calculation of flexural stiffness of the rounded rectangular castellated beam, which is both easy and accurate.
