摘要
通过引入表象训练教学法进行轮滑课教学实验研究,结果表明:学生认为自己身体素质和运动能力差,技能水平低,缺乏自信,产生畏惧心理是影响轮滑课教学效果的主要因素,将表象训练应用于轮滑课教学中能进一步激发和保持学生的学习兴趣,与传统教学法相比教学效果显著。
The experimental research of presentation training method shows that the main factors influencing the roller skating teaching effect include: weak physical fitness, low movement capability and skill, infirm self-confidence, craven psychology. Application of the presentation training method in roller skating teaching may further attract and keep the students'learning interest, which teaching effect is more obvious than the traditional method.
