Along with the rapid development of network information technology, as the new cultural form, the network culture has the important influence to people＇s spiritual life. The network already becomes the important component of university students＂ learning and living. The campus network culture penetrates into the life of university students omni-directionally, and has the profound influence to the university students. The traditional ideological and political work style was attacked.
