苏州高校参与农村人力资源开发若干问题研究

On the Issues Concerning Suzhou Higher Educational Institutions' Participation in the Development of Rural Human Resources

目前,苏州农村劳动力学历构成以小学和初中为主。调查表明:超过半数的农民未接受过任何相关培训。因此,苏州高校参与农村人力资源开发有其内在的要求,它是进一步促进农村生产力发展的需要。政府应该统一协调,结合高等教育、职业教育和成人教育的特点,以满足农村劳动力多层次的学习需求,确保农民培训开发的持续开展。

The present rural workforee is largely composed of people with an elementary and junior high school education. Researches indicate that over half of the population in the rural areas has never received any form of training. Therefore, there is an internal call for Suzhou higher educational institutions＂ participation in the development of rural human resources, which may further contribute to the development of rural productivity. The government should coordinate and combine the features of higher education, vocational education and adult education, so as to satisfy the multi-leveled learning requirements of rural workforce and ensure the continuous development of rural workforce training.
