摘要
城市生态环境质量评价是制定城市社会经济发展规划和建设生态城市的重要依据.文章以宁波为例,用层次分析法建立沿海城市生态环境质量动态评价系统,并对宁波市1995~2004年的城市生态环境质量进行动态评价.结果表明,在研究时段内,宁波市生态环境质量综合评价指数有一定的波动,但总体上表现为不断上升趋势,生态环境质量状态也相应地由较差变为良好.
Urban ecological environment assessment provides an important foundation for drafting urban sustainable development plans and constructing ecological city. Taking Ningbo city as an example in case study, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is applied to set up dynamic assessment system of urban ecological environment, and the eco-environment quality Of the city from 1995 to 2004 is appraised. The result shows that comprehensive assessment index is on the rise as a whole, though it had been fluctuating in the past years. The eco-environment quality of the city is found to have improved in contrast with that over the past several years.
