酯交换抑制剂对PC/PAR酯交换反应的影响

摘要 研究了酯交换反应抑制剂对PC/PAR酯交换反应的影响,探讨了酯交换反应抑制剂的作用机理,并对比了2种不同的抑制剂亚磷酸三苯酯和焦磷酸二氢二钠对PC/PAR酯交换反应的作用效果。结果表明:随着温度和共混时间的增加,酯交换反应程度越高,焦磷酸二氢二钠对PC/PAR酯交换反应的抑制效果优于亚磷酸三苯酯,加入抑制剂酯交换反应主要生成长链嵌段共聚物,从而改善了共混体系的相容性。 Influence of transesterification inhibitor on polycarbonate/polyarylate blends transesterification has been studied, the inhibiting mechanism has been investigated, and the effect of two different inhibitors triphenyl phosphate and disodi- um diphosphate on PC/PAR transesterification have been compared as well. Results show that the transesterification degree increases along with the increasing of the temperature and mixing time. The inhibition effect of disodium diphosphate on PC/ PAR transesterification is better than that of triphenyl phosphate. The resulting products are long chain block copolymers after the addition of inhibitor, which improved the compatibility of the PC/PAR blends.
