摘要
冬季混凝土施工时,气温低且昼夜温差较大,容易出现混凝土早期受冻及温度裂缝问题。工程实践表明,通过优选原材料,合理设计配合比,采取外保温措施及合理的施工技术,能有效地避免混凝土早期受冻及温度裂缝问题。主要从原材料选择、配合比设计、养护方法、温度控制方面,研究了冬季混凝土的质量控制措施。
Due to the low temperature and the range of temperature between day and night, concrete be frozen at early stage and temperature cracks often appeared in concrete construction in winter. The practice project results showed that those problems could be solved effectively by selecting optimum raw materials, designing the mixture ration properly, taking surface temperature preservation measure and some other appropriate technical measures. In this paper, measures for the quality control of concrete construction in winter were studied with emphases on the select raw materials, the design of mixture ration, the means of curing and the temperature control.
