介绍了屋面防水与保温层的材料、作用、特点和施工做法,并根据市场调查,比较详细地讨论了目前建筑屋面工程的现状及存在的问题,提出了解决问题的方法,同时,探讨了未来屋面工程的发展趋势。
In this article the materials, functions, characteristics and construction methods of roof insulation layer and waterproof layer were introduced. Based on those measures the common failures can be eliminated to prevent roof leakage.
