民族关系中的核心问题是民族利益、民族权利和民族发展,这些是民族关系的焦点、热点和主题。民族关系具有历史继承性和延续性、现实反映性和折射、利益平衡性和合理性等特点。民族关系发展进程中必须十分注意这三个突出问题。

Central problems of ethnic relations are about national interests, rights and developments, which demonstrate the focal point, the hot point and the theme of national relations. Ethnic relations not only posses the features of historical succession and continuity, but also own the features of reflection on reality, refraction on the balance and rationality of interests, and etc. It is necessary to pay much attention to these three eminent problems in the process of the development of ethnic relations.
