摘要 介绍了研究硝化细菌的意义,综述了国内外检测和计数硝化细菌的有关方法。重点介绍了传统方法、免疫学和分子生物学方法的原理,并对各种方法的优缺点进行了分析。文章还对硝化细菌的研究方向进行了阐述。 This paper presents the importance of nitrifying bacteria, and the means of detecting and counting nitrifying bacteria. The usual detecting methods, and including the theories and characteristics of each method, conclusion, and trend of research of the nitrifying bacteria were given.
