自组织理论及其对我国城市发展战略的启示 被引量:3

On Self-organization Theory and Its Enlightenments to City Development Strategy in China

摘要 自组织理论作为一种关于科学与人文自组织演化的宇宙观与自然观,被国内外研究者应用于对城市的研究,以解释城市发展中不断涌现的复杂现象。随着我国市场经济的不断成熟完善,城市系统在经济、社会中的功能日益突出,城市也以自身的反馈不断影响周围环境,和外界区域进行着物质、能量、信息和人员的交流。从自组织理论的协同学和耗散结构的有关思想来探讨自组织理论的主要内容及其城市系统的自组织特征和对我国城市发展战略的启示,以期能为我国城市发展战略与管理提供理论参考。 Self-organization theory, as a concept on the cosmos and the nature that science and humanity selforganizingly evolved,has been used to explain the complicated phenomena increasingly sprung from city development by researchers home and abroad. With the continuous maturity and perfection of Chinese market economy, city system stands out in economy and society, influencing the surroundings with its self feedback and exchanging materials, energy ,information and staff with the outside areas. Based on the thoughts of coordination and dissipation structure of self-organization theory ,this paper discussed the major ideas of self-organization theory and self- organizational characteristic of city system. It also discussed the enlightenment of this theory to the city development strategy of China in prospect of offering some theoretical reference to city development strategy and management.
