在介绍员工积极心理的维度及分析员工管理中常见问题的基础上,探讨如何在员工管理过程中运用相应手段培育和维持员工的积极心理以解决相关问题。
Introduced the dimensions of positive psychology and the common problems in employee management, and explored how to employ relevant methods to cultivate and maintain employees' positive psychology so as to solve the relevant problems in employee management.
