摘要
对野生植物虎尾草的营养成分进行了分析,结果表明,虎尾草中含有多种营养成分,丰富的矿质元素和维生素及其β-胡萝卜素。虎尾草中至少含有17种氨基酸。旨在为开发利用植物资源提供科学依据。
The analysis of Lysimachia barystachys nutrients proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins including β -carotene and at provided for the utilization of this wild plant. showed that it contained mineral elements, fiber, least 17 kinds of amino acid. The basic data are provided for the utilization of this wild plant.
