摘要
直接以廉价的外消旋乳酸(D,L—LA)和苯丙氨酸(Phe)为原料,以氧化亚锡为催化剂,采用熔融聚合法合成了新型生物材料聚(乳酸一苯丙氨酸)共聚物。用特性粘数[η]、FTIR、‘HNMR、DSC、GPC、XRD等进行系统表征,并考察了不同投料比对共聚物的影响。随着投料比中苯丙氨酸含量n(Phe)的增加,共聚物由一定的结晶性逐渐转变为无定形态。所得共聚物的Mw在2700~3900之间,能满足该生物降解材料在药物缓释领域中的应用。
Using cheap D, L - lactic acid ( D, L - LA) and phenylalanine (Phe) as material, and SnO as catalyst, novel biomaterial poly( lactic acid - co - phenylalanine) [ P( LA - co - Phe) ] was directly synthesized via melt eopolycondensation. The copolymer was systematically characterized with intrinsic viscosity [η], FTIR, 1H NMR, DSC, XRD and GPC. The effects of different feed molar ratio were discussed. With the increase of the feed molar ratio of Phe, the crystallinity of copolymer gradually disappeared. Their weight - average molecular weight (Mw) was between 2700 and 3900, which could meet the request for the application in drug delivery of this biodegradable material.
