摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法测定万寿菊中的玉米黄质。以丙酮与石油醚提取色素,色谱柱Kromasil(C18 4.6mm×150mm),乙腈:甲醇:二氯甲烷(体积比为70:20:10)为流动相,在450nm下检测玉米黄质。结果表明,玉米黄质的质量分数为0.158%,玉米黄质的回收率是94.7%~98.1%,平均回收率为96.4%(RSD=1.36%)。该方法简便、准确,有良好的重现性,技术参数指标符合食品理化分析的要求。
A reversed -phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was used to determine zeaxan- thin in marigold. Zeaxanthin was extracted from marigold with acetone and petroleum ether. Using Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm × 150 mm) , ace-tonitrile: methanol: methylene chloride (70:20:10) as mobile phase, zeaxanthin was eluted and monitored at 450nm. It was shown that the content was 0. 158%, the recoveries were 94.7 % - 98.1% and the average recoveriy was 96.4% ( RSD = 1.36% ). This method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
