摘要
近年来,国际社会对企业履行社会责任的呼声越来越高,但是我国企业在承担社会责任方面还存在着许多问题,尤其是对工人权益的漠视。依据对广东、天津和江苏企业实施SA8000标准(社会责任标准)情况的调查,分析企业员工权益的实际情况,阐明了推行社会责任标准的必要性,并从企业和政府两个层面提出应对SA8000标准的措施。
In recent years, there is a hot appeal from international society for implementing social responsibility pertaining to enterprises. However, there are a thousand and one problems related with Chinese enterprises in implementing social responsibility, among which the indifference to the rights of employees is the most severe one. This paper, based on the survey on carrying out SA 8000 Standard (Social Responsibility Standard) in enterprises of Gungdong province, Tian Jin and Jiangsu province, analyzes the present situation of the employees' rights, advocates the necessity of implementing SA 8000, and proposes corresponding countermeasures from the perspective of enterprise and government.
