摘要
员工知识分享是促进组织知识资本增值,进而提高组织绩效的驱动力之一。本文基于计划行为理论,从行为态度、主观规范以及认知行为控制3个维度来探讨酒店连锁企业员工知识分享对知识资本和组织绩效的影响程度,并运用结构方程模型进行实证分析,旨在为酒店连锁企业的经营管理提供参考。
Employees' knowledge sharing is one of the driving powers of knowledge capital increment and corporation performances improvement. Based on the theory of planned behavior, this paper discusses the effects of employees' knowledge sharing on knowledge capital and corporation performances in hotel chain enterprises from the perspective of behavior attitude, subject norm and cognitive behavior. By making use of the model of structure equation, it is possible to provide reference for the management of hotel chain enterprises.
