摘要
组织社会化过程涉及组织和员工双方,各方为达成社会化结果的行动是互相依赖的。组织社会化交互作用主义视角就是整合组织和个人在社会化过程中采取的策略,考察组织策略和个人主动策略之间的互相影响和互相作用。在介绍3种交互作用主义模型的基础上,讨论了每种模型对组织社会化理论发展的贡献以及需要进一步完善的地方。
The process of organizational socialization involves both the organization and employees, which are interdependent with each. From the perspective of interaction doctrine, organizational socialization refers to the strategy adopted in the process of socialization by integrating organization and individuals, examining the impact and function between organization strategy and individual active strategy. Based on the brief introduction of the three models of interaction doctrine, this paper discusses the contribution made by each model to the development of organizational socialization and proposes suggestions for perfection.
