摘要
仪表圆弧齿轮被广泛用于机械计时仪器中,当对该种圆弧齿轮进行加工时,由于加工刀具的刃口为复杂曲线,成形较为困难。为此,作者利用渐开线刀具的齿廓为直线,刃口成形容易的特点,根据钟表齿轮的传动要求,提出了一种双压力角渐开线齿形。通过建立齿廓曲线方程,进行传动性能的计算,并对齿形参数进行优化。结果表明:采用优化修正的双压力角渐开线齿形能满足钟表齿轮的传动要求,适宜增速传动,其传动性能指标可以达到仪表圆弧齿轮的水平。
Now instrument circarc gear have been widely used in mechanical timekeeping instrument. As the cutting edge is complicated curve, it is difficult to form. By use of rectilinear characteristic of involute cutter and according to clock and watch gear drive demands, this paper have put forward involute toothing with double pressure angles. Then the profile curve equation of gear has been enduced. This paper also finished meshing process analysis; drive performance calculation and toothing parameters optimization. This paper concluded that if toothing profile parameters are modified properly, the characteristic of involute gear is enhanced more.
