摘要
利用接近开关对车刀与工件的位置进行判别,同时利用PLC对车刀速度和方向进行检测,当检测认为车床切削系统处于撞刀警戒状态时,由PLC输出控制信号切断脉冲输入,并实现电机锁相制动。本文给出了接近开关电路原理图及PLC的控制程序,并对接近开关的警戒距离进行了分析。
Test the distance between the tool and work-piece with an approaching switch, Test the direction and speed of the tool with PLC. When the system is found to be at the warning state of tool collision, the PLC will output a sign to cut off the pulse and thus realize the motor brake. The circuit diagram of the approaching switch and the PLC control program are provided. Some analysis is also made on warning distance of the approaching switch.
