摘要
通过单辊甩带法成功制备出不同转速的Mg4.44Zn1.85Y1.19Zr成分的薄带,采用XRF、XRD、SEM分析、显微硬度测量等分析方法,研究了薄带的凝固组织及显微硬度。结果表明:随着辊速的提高,晶粒不断细化,薄带的硬度不断提高。晶粒细化是显微硬度提高的主要原因。
The ribbons of rapidly solidification Mg4.44Zn1.85Y1.19Zr alloy were obtained by melt-spinning, whose microstructures and properties were investigated by XRF, XRD, SEM and micro-hardness measurement. The results show that as increase of the rolling speed, the grains in the zone near the roll surface become finer and finer, the micro-hardness of the alloy Strips can be increased, which is attributed to the refinement of the grain size.
