摘要
外购高纯氮气,不仅价格高,而且有时还给生产造成不便,为此研究了一种氮气净化的新技术用于熔体精练。介绍了氮气净化原理、装置及工艺流程,该工艺生产出的氮气应用在铝镁粉材厂的熔体精炼中,不仅提高了产品质量,减少废品率,同时降低了企业的生产成本,经济效益显著。
Introduced one kind of new technology of nitrogen purifies applies into the melt sourcing because of the high purchase cost of pure nitrogen, and will take inconvenience to the enterprises. This paper introduces the nitrogen purification principle, devices and processes. The craft produces nitrogen that applies in the melt fining of aluminum magnesium powder material factory, not only may improve the product quality, reduce rejection rate, moreover may reduce the production cost and enhance the economic efficiency for the enterprise.
