子痫前期患者血清中脂联素与血脂水平的变化被引量：8

摘要目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清脂联素水平与血脂水平的关系。方法测定了52例妊娠期高血压疾病患者(子痫前期组)及50例正常妊娠妇女(对照组)血清脂联素、胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。结果子痫前期组血清脂联素水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);甘油三酯水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显减低(P<0.05)。子痫前期患者血清脂联素水平与甘油三酯水平呈明显负相关(P<0.01);与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论子痫前期患者血清脂联素水平降低与脂质代谢紊乱密切相关。
