德兴铜矿富家坞采区高段排土安全管理 被引量:4

Security Management on High-Level Dumping in Fujiwu Digging Area of Dexing Copper Mine

摘要 江铜集团德兴铜矿富家坞采区采用电动轮汽车和推土机联合排土方式,基建开始时,排土场标高为+500m,排土场底部标高为+240^+260m,排土阶段高度为240~260m,随着采区开采台阶的下降,先后启用的410m、380m排土场,其段高均大于"中国恩菲有色工程设计研究院"初步设计的90m排土段高。排土场区域原始地形复杂,山体自然坡度40°~44°,且顺坡排土,同时废石料多为风化岩,表层废石含泥量大,自然安息角只有36°~38°,为确保排土作业安全,通过优化排土方案,制定管理制度,推行标准化作业,加强现场管理等措施,实现了基建期安全生产排土。 In Fujiawu digging area of Dexing Copper Mine, dumping work is carried out by electrical dump truck associated with bulldozer. At the beginning of construction period, the waste dump was of + 500m level and - 240 ~ + 260m at the bottom, 240 ~ 260m of dumping slope. With the mining step declined, waste dump with 410m and 380m started to applied successively, which level are both higher than 90m ENFI designed. The original landform of waste dump is complex with the natural gradient of 40° ~ 44° and most of weathering rock, high content of mud and natural repose angle of 36° ~ 38°. Through optimizing dumping option, making management system, implementing standard operation and strengthening site management, production dumping in safety has been realized in construction period.
