“5·12”大地震茂县灾民急性应激反应的统计调查

Investigation on Acute Stress Reaction in Victims after 5·12 Earthquake in Maoxian county

目的统计调查"5·1 2"大地震茂县169名心理咨询群众的急性应激反应(acute stress reaction,ASR)情况。方法通过面对面心理咨询和灾民自我报告,依据中国精神疾病分类方案与诊断标准(第3版)(CCMD-3)进行分类。结果(1)102人存在急性应激反应,占60.4%;(2)除正常组外,其他各组均为女性多于男性;(3)儿童急性应激反应比例明显多于成人。结论大地震后灾民急性应激反应比例明显增高,同时存在性别差异和年龄差异,女性高于男性,儿童高于成人;通过专业心理咨询,症状可以得到缓解。

Objective To investigate the condition of acute stress reaction （ASR） among 169 victims of ＂5 · 12＂ Earthquake who had received psychological consultation. Methods Based on face-toface psychological consultation and self-reporting of the victims, the victims were grouped according to Chinese Classification of Mental Disorders （CCMD-3）. Results （1）A total of 102 subjects had ASR, accounting for 60.3 %;（2）Except for the normal control group, the rest groups had more females than males; （3）More children had ASR than adults. Conclusion Incidence of ASR is obviously increased in victims of a major earthquake; the incidence is higher in females than in males,and is higher in children than in adults. Psychological consultation can relieve the symptoms of ASR.
