护理学专业本科生学习资源管理策略现状的调查与分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解目前护理学专业本科生学习资源管理策略的现状,为教改提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法对北京2所护理学院的314名护理学专业本科生进行一般资料和学习资源管理策略的调查,并对结果进行分析。结果2所院校护生学习资源管理策略总体水平不高;各年级护生间的学习资源管理策略总分、物质资源管理策略和努力调节策略差异有统计学意义,其中三年级护生的得分均低于一、二、四年级护生。结论转变教学模式、优化教学方法、开展合作学习、提高时间管理意识、营造良好学习环境是培养和提高护生学习资源管理策略的重要途径;尤其应关注三年级护生,进行有针对性的引导。 Objective To know about the current status of study resource management strategy of nursing undergraduates, in order to provide evidence for teaching reform. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the management of the general and study resources strategies among 314 nursing undergraduates in 2 nursing colleges in Beijing, and the results were analyzed. Results Scores of nursing students for study resource management in the 2 nursing colleges were above the average level. There were significant differences in the total scores of study resource and material management among students of different grades. The score of the third grade students was lower than those of the other grades. Conclusion Changing traditional teaching mode, optimizing teaching approaches, carrying out cooperative learning,enhancing the students' motivation of time management, and developing a good learning environment are important to improve the study resource management strategies in nursing students; special attention should be paid to the third grade students ,and pertinent guidance should be given.
