桥梁混凝土施工蜂窝缺陷的检测与修复

摘要 混凝土施工中有时由于受钢筋设计密度大、构件局部模板曲折、施工振捣不到位等因素影响.构件体内会发生蜂窝,外表被虚浆覆盖目测不易发觉。混凝土蜂窝状况的存在将可能严重影响构件的受力,从而危及使用安全。如何快速准确地检测和修复混凝土蜂窝是桥梁混凝土施工中的必要工作。福建南平浦南高速公路延安大桥施工中,对混凝土蜂窝应用探地雷达和CGM灌浆料进行了准确检测和成功修复,效果良好。 There are common with honeycome in the concrete bridges for high-designed steel bar density,component locally frame- work damagement,construction vibrating unperfect.But the honeycome are usually covered by laitance so it is difficult to find out by the eye.The honeycomb defect will severely affect the strength and saftyof structure.How to test and repair the concrete honeycomb rapidly and accurately is nassesary after discovering the honeycomb in the construction of the main concrete members.In the Yan'an Bridge construction of Fujian Nanping Punan Highway,it is accurately and succesfully to tested and repaired the concrete honeycomb with the ground penetrating radar detection and CGM grounting material.
