Survey on the Value Orientation of Cultivating Entrepreneurial Culture in College

文章从分析目前高校毕业生的创业现状着手,概括了创业文化的内涵,重点论述了高校培育创业文化的价值取向——增强创业能力,激发创造活力,阐明了其价值取向主要在于突显发展的主题、体现人本的理念、指引高层次人力资源的培育途径三个方面,高校培育创业文化的价值实现途径主要是打好思想基础、政策基础、社会基础三个基础。

To embark on the analysis of the present situation of graduates entrepreneurship, this paper summarizes the connotation of entrepreneurial culture and points out that the essence of value orientation is to enhance enterprise ability and inspire creative vitality. Furthermore, it investigates the value orientation presented by highlighting the development theme, embodying the human - oriented concept and guiding the ways of cultivating high - level human resources. At last, this paper proposes that the way to cultivate entrepreneurial culture in college is to lay solid ideological foundation, policy foundation and social foundation.
